OUR MISSION: To provide safe and loving homes for companion animals who would otherwise be destined for premature euthanasia at local shelters.
There are 45 cats and dogs for every person born. Only 1 out of 10 dogs born ever get a home. Only 1 out of 12 cats born ever find a home. 800 dogs & cats are KILLED each HOUR in the U.S, because there are not enough homes for them. Opt to adopt. Don't buy-especially from a pet store!

  Another adoption success! Here is Sweet Carl & his new mom writes:"I just wanted to send a quick note and say Thank You to your wonderful team! I adopted Carl, and he is just a bundle of fun. We are really happy to have him around, he is so funny! He loves to play and run through the house chasing his toys. We just want to thank you so much for him, we can't imagine what we did before he came along to keep us entertained."
WE LOVE OUR ADOPTERS! Upon seeing littermate Ally (10 HUGE 2 wk old babies bottle fed & nurtured by hand) below, the wonderful family of Chuy nka Sloopy had to write & tell us: "Hi Sandy-I was on the SOS website earlier and saw a picture of Ally (Chuy's sister) and just wanted to give you an update on Chuy (now Sloopy). My fiance & I adopted Sloopy last Aug from you & he is pretty much the best dog in the world :) He is very happy, healthy, & has grown into a beautiful dog (probably about 80 lbs now). Thank you for letting us have Sloopy-he really is a member of the family, a best friend, we love him. =)" Hayley & Matt

6-16 Update- Pennies were finally counted-thank you Western Reserve Bank of Medina! MIDVIEW EAST HAS MOST SUCCESSFUL PENNIES 4 POOCHES EVER-Save Ohio Strays LOVES Midview East! These Life Savers raised $2167.92. This means they have saved 52 LIVES! Way to go Midview East.
Special shout out to Mrs. Young's Class who raised almost $600 - 14 LIVES!!!!
