Adoption Application
Thank you for your interest in saving a life! The following information is requested so that we can best help you in the selection of a new pet. The animal’s welfare is our foremost consideration. The animals available for this adoption came here from a variety of sources. All animals were examined by a veterinarian but there is always a chance that an animal is incubating a disease without showing any clinical signs.
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADOPTER TODAY, YOU MUST: • Be 18 years of age or older; • Have identification showing your present address; • Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (including adult children living with parents); • Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a pet.

No animals will be adopted to persons having an extensive history of losing, giving away, selling or having animals injured or killed by moving vehicles. No animal will be adopted to prospective owners who mislead or fail to provide accurate information on the adoption application.
Is there a specific animal you are interested in adopting from us? If yes, please indicate the animals name and type, and tell us why this particular animal. If no, please tell us if there is anything specific you are looking for. **PLEASE NOTE** We rescue our adoptables from local shelters on their last day and DO NOT normally have pure breds. If you are interested in a pure bred, please contact your local pure bred rescue or visit the Petfinder web site to search for the specific breed rather than continuing this application.
If there is not a specific animal you are citing, then please check the web site regularly and notify us if there is a pet of interest. While we can retain your application, we do not have the ability to contact applicants each time a new adoptable arrives.
