My story is a very sad one. But since Save Ohio Strays rescued me, my life has changed. I am clean, well fed and heavier. When I first went to my foster home I only weighed 21 pounds and that's not enough for a dog of my build. I was filthy and hadn't had a bath in a long time. Now I am clean and white. My brother and I were the subjects of an abuse and neglect case so I know pain and hunger. I have a heart murmur, but other than that I am in perfect shape and extremely loveable. Needless to say, I need all the hugs I can get.... I'm a 10 year old housebroken boxer mix and I weigh 28 pounds. My adoption fee is only $75 fully vetted and I am long overdue to find out what a loving home and family can be. If interested please fill out an application. Additional notes about this survivor- She is afraid of a collar so must have been choked or something. Her brother got adopted but she was in such bad shape no one would have her - but me (her foster mom). You could see every rib, every disk in her spine and her hip bones. She has no upper teeth and she was filthy and sticky. After her horrific life of neglect and abuse, she is still very sweet and very needy and is long overdue for a better life. Save Ohio Strays does not have a shelter. Our animals are cared for in foster homes and the first step in our adoption process is to fill out an adoption application at the link on our website at: Save Ohio Strays does NOT claim or guarantee any breeds given in this description. These strays come from shelters so there is usually no further knowledge. These are best guess descriptions for breed. SOS NEVER ships pets and will not adopt out to a driving radius greater than 3 hours from Medina, Ohio.
