We have talked often about how our future is in the hands of the compassionate children who help us make a difference. Meet Crystal Oleson of Rocky River. We got a wonderful email one day from a gentleman, Bill Arthur, who owns a UPS store in Rocky River. He along with pet advocate, Lee Applebaum of Lakewood, assisted Crystal in a donation drive to benefit homeless pets. Save Ohio Strays was chosen as the recipient of their generous work! .
Crystal worked tirelessly in a Badge driven drive to make a difference! She solicited monetary support and then went out and purchased hundreds of dollars worth of wonderful toys, treats, supplies from brushes to bowls, and so much more. Her mom, Melissa Olesen, says she has always been an animal lover and advocate. She is proud of her daughter’s achievements. Crystal, we are very proud of you too!
Crystal brought 12 kitty and 12 doggie adoption bags that were beautifully decorated and packed full of goodies for the lucky adoptables of Save Ohio Strays. The goodies were a hit! Our fosters are enjoying some of those toys as we speak!
Thanks for your kindness and generosity Crystal. Thanks to you and children like you, we have great faith in our future together! SC
