Winnie is a 3 year old, 10 pound Chihuahua mix who found himself in a hoarding situation with his siblings. He was very timid and scared at first but has started coming out of his shell. Winnie LOVES to snuggle and be lazy on the couch with his human. He hasn’t shown interest in toys, playing, or really interacting with other dogs but he is tolerant of another cuddle buddy (dog, cat, human, or older child). Winnie is using pee pads when he is alone during the day but goes potty outside when his humans are around. He is working on walking on a leash and is a rockstar in his crate. He’s had no potty accidents in his crate or in the house and sleeps soundly in his crate through the night. Winnie’s ideal home should be peaceful and quiet and could include another respectful dog, cat or older child. Winnie is scheduled to be neutered on the 24th and will able to go to his new home after that. His adoption fee is $150 fully vetted. Save Ohio Strays does not have a shelter.
